His choice of clothing is simple: most of his time off is jeans and tshirts with bare feet for comfort. | Personal History | Tony and Tyra Mitchell got married right out of high school and Tony got a job working in his father’s restaurant. They had already had three children but wanted a fourth and they were surprised when the doctor told them it was triplets. A professional sports coach saw Tony playing basketball with his friends and recruited him. Tony spent the next eight years making enough to retire in style. During this time his children had become interested in sports of all kinds. Tyrone had gotten a scholarship to a private school for racquetball and wrestling and his brothers got them for other sports. John and Jade graduated soon after Tony retired from basketball. Upon their graduation from high school, the triplets were recruited into professional sports. Tyrell played rugby. Tyrese played American Football and Tyrone played paresis squares. Tyrone traveled all over the Federation and made it to the playoffs in the minor league. In his fourth year he was recruited to a major league, winning the league. He proceded to win the championship 4 more times. In his seventh year, he sustained such an injury to his arm that it had to be amputated. Due to having a positronic arm, he was disqualified from ever playing again. He sat around the house, miserable, until his best friend from school told him that his son was signing up for Starfleet boot camp. That caught Tyrone’s interest. He was just in as good shape as anyone, maybe even better. He signed up immediately. Tyrone met his brother Tyrell at bootcamp with one of his teammates. Tyrell told him that Jade had signed up too. Leaving bootcamp for different assignments, they agreed to call each other at least every seven days. Tyrone was assigned to the USS Shiloh, a New Orleans class. He made great friends there and even fell in love. It was a whirlwind romance with an engineer named Annette Thompson. But what he thought was love was actually a kind of bond that only happens between people who have fought together in battle…stronger than friendship and deeper than brotherhood. They agreed to be friends and were pleased when they were both assigned to the USS Gettysburg. After his leave he was assigned to the USS Avandar, an almost all-Betazoid ship. Often the silence would get to him and he was very happy to leave. He was very relieved when his next assignment had a mostly human crew. He was happy on the Odin, a Norway class. He didn’t fall in love, which is one of his goals. During a battle with some unknown aliens, the chief and assistant chief security officers were killed in the attack and the other officer didn’t know what to do. Tyrone took over and started giving orders. For his cool head and quick thinking he promoted, and assigned to the USS Aurora. |
