| General Overview | K’Tar is the typical Klingon female in many ways. She values honor, loyalty, hard work, tradition, and of course, like any Klingon female, sex. She loves men and likes to sample many. She is abrasive and at times too aggressive, as are all Klingons. She has a habit of tugging on her hair, which she wears in a long braid over her shoulder. She is confident around men and women alike, and is not afraid to offer suggestions. Due to leaving QI'tu' at age 14, she does not much like the Empire. The aggravation of a colonist with the added strain of being disowned, she hates all things to do with the Klingon Empire. |

| Personal History | K’Tar was born on QI’tu, betrothed to a man she didn’t love. Ugulan, Son of dRacLa, was a very shady character who had dealings with Romulans and the Duras sisters among others. She had also heard that he had four mates already and didn’t wish to become number five. She fled to the Federation at age 14, where she met a Human-Deltan named Mykel Kristoffer. Although the relationship didn’t work out, she had found out what Starfleet really was and decided she wanted to become one of their security officers. She entered basic training and was made fun of the first few days, but after a minor incident with one of the male cadets, she was never made fun of again. She was assigned to DS2 and did rather well, helping avoid some major disasters. She was subsequently promoted to Crewman 3rd Class, and was transferred to the USS Jupiter. She quietly climbed the ranks during this assignment. She and some friends went to a bar and her friend picked a fight with a Nausicaan, causing three crewmembers to be wounded and a bar-wide brawl. One by one, they were called into the captain’s office. All of them had covered for their friend. K’Tar did not. She was shunned by her friends after that, but was offered a promotion to Ensign if she took the Officer Training Course by her Captain. Captain Nakamura was very impressed with the young Klingon, not just for her skills but also her honesty and integrity. She is now assigned to the USS Aurora. |
